Rate the NFL RB for 2010.

A few of things jump out:
1. Jamaal Charles has forced Haley to recognize the Talent.
2.Darren McFadden is having a great year.
3. Andy Reid, like Bill Belicheat can plug in players and make them special.  McCoy and Vick in 2010.

    It's remarkable how quickly this list changes from year to year. RB's certainly have a short shelf life.
