Hall of Famers 2012

This class confused me in a couple of ways.

1.  Roaf-  Well deserved and absolutely dominant.   He was La Tech's 3rd Alumni which ties LSU.
2.  Dermontti Dawson - Six time first team all Pro is enough.
3.  Chris Doleman- He was better than Haley
4.  Cortez Kennedy- Great player.
5.  Jack Butler- Have no idea
6.  Curtis Martin- I will never consider to be special.  He was good, but HOF   NO WAY.
Was he even better than Edgerrin James... Doubtful.   Terrell Davis!!

Tim Brown and Derrick Thomas should be in the Hall of Fame before Martin.  And so should Drew Pearson!.

I never considered Martin a HOF either. Kind of like a baseball player who gets to 600 homers, like Thome. At some point the numbers get so huge they get in no matter what. Martin started his career with 10 straight 1,000 yard seasons and I think it was a done deal.

I think Thomas will make it. Brown is going to have a tough road.

I agree with your assessment on players. Tim Brown- has a long road - their is log jam at WR right now. Pearson is more deserving than any of the younger ones- too bad it has not happened.
