New Book, We need to consider

Quote from new book by Ian O'Connor called Belichick: The Making of the Greatest Football Coach of All Time

The Brain was not interviewed for this book and asked his friends not to contribute.

The media is missing the true story lines and discussing whiny Brady wanting a Divorce.  Boring.  They will continue to promote the false narrative about Brady being the GOAT.

A few things that made me laugh:

1.  “Belichick was angry at Brady, according to people in the Patriots organization. He was angry at Brady because he had serious doubts about the quarterback’s denial and because this crisis was the last thing the coach needed. Belichick had taken the full hit on Spygate, even though Brady and others benefitted from the information gained through the illegal videotaping. The coach knew his legacy couldn’t weather another damaging ‘gate.’ If Spygate belonged to Belichick, Deflategate was going to belong to Brady.’’

Another Quote.
“ ‘I was really unhappy with Robert [Kraft]’s statement after the Deflategate case was settled,’ said one high-ranking executive with a rival team. ‘He went too far questioning the integrity of people in the league office . . . Of course they deflated the footballs. They’re drinking the Kool-Aid [in New England], but there’s nobody outside of New England who believes they didn’t do it. I think some people have been sent to the electric chair on less circumstantial evidence than there was in this case. You’re telling me that two equipment guys did this to the balls, with a Super Bowl trip on the line, without one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time being aware of it?’’

Someone please tell Butthurt Brady and his legion of drones that every QB that discussed it said you would have known immediately if balls were flat. Not to mention that TB12 sends hundreds of text to the two equipment employees involved then trashes the phone.
Guilty! and like Serena the other day you were caught cheating

2. This quote speaks for itself.  Again Belichick was not interviewed.

“A number of [Patriot] coaches thought Belichick’s system elevated Brady, not the other way around. The general feeling among staff members, said one assistant, wasn’t that the Patriots Way would make Super Bowl quarterbacks out of all 32 starters. ‘But if you gave us any of the top 15, we could do it,’ he said. ‘I don’t think the coaches view Tom as special as everyone else in football does. Mr. Kraft thinks Tom is the greatest gift, but the coaches don’t.’ ’’

3. Bill's college Lacrosse teammate discussed how the Brain devised a way to alter his stick illegally and fix it immediately if the refs asked to check it.

“He told me how to use an illegal lacrosse stick. If you ain’t cheatin’, you ain’t trying. It doesn’t surprise me, or wouldn’t at all, if he tried every advantage he could to win an athletic contest.’’

1975 Quote from Colts secretary.
“Billy had the responsibility of sending game film to that week’s opposing team. And if the films were supposed to be delivered by Tuesday, sometimes they didn’t arrive until Wednesday. Kilcullen was the one fielding phone calls from angry, shouting coaches who demanded to know where their game films were. ‘It drove me freakin’ nuts,’ she said. Kilcullen would try to get Billy on the phone, but he dodged her calls.

4.  Bill the Brain
He reported gave his assistants film of draft prospect named Rodney Spinks, of course it was the wrong name and school listed. All of the Cleveland coaches barring one didn't like the kid.  One was quoted as saying he liked him and he looked like Leon Lett.
It was Leon Lett.

5. Bill the Bully  Kraft made the Brain keep Troy Brown in 2007

The Brain Did Not play him in 18 of the 19 games that year.

6. Bill the person

$100.00 handshakes to his assistants in Cleveland.

Sounds dreadful. Unauthorized bio's are usually just digging for dirt and trying to make headlines.
