Tide vs. Evil Empire

As a practicing pessimist when it comes to sports, I've worked up cause for worry tonight for these reasons:

1. This Bama team is not as good as previous versions
2. Two defensive minded teams could mean a slugfest where a turnover does the trick
3. Brian Kelly is a wildcard at this point, but I've got a feeling about him
4. Bama's strength plays into Irish strength
5. Bama could have easily lost 3 games in the 2nd half of this season
6. Too much talk of Saban invincibility
7. Notre Dame's history of taking down big programs in big games
8. Irish have chance to take down all 3 of the competing great historical programs in one year after already beating Oklahoma and USC

Why I have hope:

1. Bama has better athletes
2. Irish QB small and inexperienced in big games
3. Bama has better athletes
4. Bama has better athletes
