He is gone!

Now that is an improvement in Dallas.
Ridiculous penatlies, players in the wrong postitons, punters and kick-off teams giving up big plays.
It has been painful to watch him make faces and act like the players are always at fault.  I remember Coach Joe ripping him on air one night for not understanding blocking schemes on punts.
