La Taxpayers and Saints

The idiotic officials in my home state are openly trying give a multi-million dollar business more money than ever before.

Article for TimesPicayune:
Under the current agreement, the state will pay the team $23.5 million a year through the 2010 season as part of the 10-year, $186 million deal the two sides signed in 2001. The Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District, which is heading discussions on behalf of the state, is hopeful that the sides can reach an agreement without large subsidies from the state.

Completely ridiculous!!!!  Now we know where the Bounty money was coming from.

Fear not the insight of the La Corruption and the back room deals.

During the year 2000/2001 when this deal was signed and gold was handed to the car dealer turned NFL owner.
The state of Louisiana spent only about  5 Million Dollars ($4,445,592) on public education for our kids while the Saints were signing for 23.5 million.

Why would I be surprised?
On a good day, the Saints tax money is hard to accept, today makes me want to puke.
