World Cup

I've watched a fair amount of games now. There are some things about the game I've come to like. I love that they go at it with only the half time and very rare breaks. The game flows without all the mind-numbing stopages we get in other sports. Sit down at 1, get 90 minutes of action, and you're out by 3. No 3 1/2 hour nonsense. The tension created by the difficulty in scoring can be exciting, and I've seen more goals this year than all the previous soccer I've ever watched. On the negative side, the refereeing is as bad as the NBA. Horrible. I do plan to watch the final.
