Manning

Overall, I am glad he signed at Denver.  John Fox has proven, that as a coach he is able to adjust his system to things he doesn't necessarily feel comfortable with.

The San Fran option was strange to me for one reason.   Coach Jim is an offensive coach that has success with slowing down the game.  If he allowed Manning's advanced passing game and freedom, the 49er defense would have been seriously exposed in some games.

Denver WR's are an unknown quality and I will be curious to see how long it takes them to adjust to Manning's ability to throw based on DB's feet adjustments mid route.  Will they cut off the routes to open spots, like sand-lot games, that the Colts used?  I think they will.

I think Manning made a good decision. Good defense. Good Coach and a running game. I still think AZ was the best fit but Den was my second best fit. Niners- Harbaugh runs a west coast and likes control. Neither a great fit for Manning.
