Announced this week by coaches from Allen High and Carroll High that Allen and Southlake will open the 2012 season by innaugurating the new Allen Stadium. And, even bigger is that they are in talks with ESPN to televise the game on Thursday 8/23. I get chills thinking about how raucous it will be on opening night for that stadium with ESPN and the hated Dragons in town. I better work on tickets right now.
