Trent Johnson showed up in Baton Rouge saying all of the right things and had a good year with a 27-8, 13-3 record in his initial campaign.
Since his first year, LSU has not developed anyone special and posted some horrible records in a terrible SEC. The Tigers record has been 2-14 and 3-13 in the last two years of conference play. How?
Johnson's record at LSU is 49-49 and I see not momentum in sight. Unlike some of the pundits, I think he has talent to win 10 SEC games a year. Coach Trent seems to be putting a square peg in a round hole with the system he uses and the players he has recruited and will play against.
LSU Basketball should never have fallen this far!
