New Blood in Austin

Well I've read a few things about Mack's new hires and most of it is positive.  I think he's smart to go younger and bring fresh ideas to the program.  Harsin is a disciple of balanced offense and his philosophies should play well in the Big 12.  People are asking the question, how much freedom will Mack give Harsin to run the multiple formations and gadgets that gave Boise it's identity?  Yes, Boise runs 50% of the time, but it's not a conventional rush offense.  Hopefully Mack has abandoned his misguided attempt to go old school on offense.  Meanwhile Diaz just helped resurrect Miss St and most recently held Rich Rod's offense to 14 points on New Years Day.  These seem like good hires, but time will tell.  The 'Horns currently have the top ranked class for the coming signing day.
