Not Changing

Some exerpts from an interview with our fearless leader Tony Romo were in the Morning News today.  Among the pearls of wisdom from Mr. Romo were that he won't be changing his approach to the game because he views that as playing it safe.  When asked about his approach to protecting a 27-3 2nd half lead, he brought up Tom Brady throwing 4 interceptions last week, and also said the reason the Cowboys had a 24-pt lead was his mindset to be aggressive and never settle for average.

In short, he is unwilling and/or unable to comprehend the difference between playing to win and understanding the game situation and fitting his decisions into those situations.  He thinks he's right and accepts the meltdowns as the cost of being aggressive.  It's a lost cause.
