If Dodgers are worth $2Billion what are the Big Boys Worth?

Did you hear the CNBC Sports Business reporter on the Cowboys value.
He was incredulous about the Dodgers being sold for 2 Billion.

Then he said the Yankees would be worth about $4 Billion.

But when he came to the Cowboys, he said it would be around $5 Billion.  Wow.
A Billion more than the Yankees! 
He did say no one would or could pay that much.

He said that there is no way that the Dodgers can make a profit.
