I thought back this week about the hiring of Garrett before the hiring of Phillips. Wade isn't really a head coach and he came into a situation where his boss had hand picked one of his subordinates. I wonder what Wade would do with this offense if he really felt he controled it. I don't think he does. I truly believe he needs to be fired. He's just a coordinator, not a head coach. He does not set the tone and motivate the players.
