Ok you can read my prediction on the Bronco's beating V Tech. But you also know I think the ACC is overrated and will continue to lose to good college teams.
Va Tech has not won an early season game against a ranked team since 2002 when they beat a bad LSU team. LSU and Ala have since blown them out in games.
TCU- First they are not as good as Boise State and they have played twice and lost twice to prove it.
This is a joke that they Ohio State or TX, Okla could play this team to win a national championship. People can scream forever that they would win 9 games in the SEC. They are dreaming. 3-5 conference record...Maybe, I actually think that they would have trouble winning 3 games. The physical toll would be devastating for Boise or TCU.
V Tech would be an Ole Miss type situation, they would be good every 10 or 15 years and respectable every 5 years.
Ole Miss has more current NFL players than V Tech.. 24 to 21.
So the morale of the story is that Boise State may play for an NC for beating a team that would normally finish in the 2nd half of the SEC. And TCU is not as good as Boise St.

Worst thing that could have happened last night. Now the story line of the season will be whether Boise can hang lopsided scores on everyone else they play, and sneak into the title game. Totally ridiculous. If I thought it would get us closer to a playoff, I'd be glad, but it won't. It will just be a bad champ game. The BCS should enforce their monopoly and rule that non-BCS teams can go to a major bowl (I like that), but cannot play in the title game. I give Peterson a ton of credit though; he does an amazing job. Is he cheating?
