Dallas Braden

Where did this guy come from?
A few weeks ago he gets in an argument with AROD about an unwritten rule and then perfection. AROD even made comments about what has this guy done.

19th perfect game in history for a guy with 18 career wins (23 losses) in his 53rd start.
Amazing.

Then after the game 3 things come out.
1. His grandmother says something about AROD. "Stick it AROD"
2. Controversy on Longoria's bunt attempt, another unwritten rule. The fans booed.
3. Some Yankee teammates pull AROD in to watch part of te game.

Geez, these unwritten rules need to re-evaluated. Arod, I understand.
But a bunt, gets a pitcher tired, makes him think about charging, and is part of baseball.

Tony on PTI, made an accurate statement. If not for Bad Luck AROD would have no luck.

Mike & Mike discussed the bunt issue this morning with John Kruk. He could offer no reason any player would be upset unless maybe there is a blowout 10-0 score late in the game when the only thing in doubt is the no-hitter.

I also heard Reggie Jackson say he had never heard of this don't run across the mound rule.

The A's manager went on and on about what a good guy Braden is, great teammate, etc. He seems to throw similar to Buehrle, no heat.
