Brian Davis calls a 2 stroke penalty on his self for hitting a loose reed on his backswing in thing they call a trap. Furyk get the win and the world sees that golf is truly different. (Well with a couple of exceptions.)

That is an honorable thing to do by the English man.

By the way, I absolutely despise that rule. I do not think they perceived loose debris with reeds and grass in the bunkers when the rule was written.
