I heard this yesterday and thought it is very impressive. Giving the Mavs prior history and the fact they have done it with 3 separate coaches is imressive.

Cuban is a nut case, but he is doing what every franchise should aspire to. Put quality out there for the fans year after year. Pursue improvement aggressively. Make it fun & entertaining, and give the fans hope they could win it all.
