New Columns by Reilly & Simmons

You've got to read Bill Simmons' new column on ESPN about Rasheed Wallace. A wonderful attack on one of the real symbols of moronic NBA player behavior. Also hilarious.

Now, we've got Rick Reilly, who doesn't like Tiger Woods as we know, tell us that Tiger probably can't be the player he was without his arrogance and borish attitude. Funny that everyone wants it both ways. Reilly has ripped Tiger for being single-minded, overly competitive, robotic, brusk, etc. Now he seems happy to report that without those attributes, we won't see the greatness again. Am I alone in saying that I enjoy seeing the Woods/Jordans who combine talent and relentless focus & ambition to destroy all comers? It's so much fun! Seeing a humble Tiger who smiles at fans and talks Budhism is the last thing I want to see and the last thing golf needs.

Tiger is the best golfer in the last 30 years. He will win and win big.

Can you imagine the guilt he has lived with trying to hide his problems. He probably would have been even more dominant.

I will find it very interesting if his golf game actually changes.

What I do find funny is Tiger trying to smile at people when it is not natural
