The towns of Belle Glade & Pahokee boast a combined population of 25k and change. The 2 schools have a combined enrollment of about 1,700, which is about the size of one graduating class at Allen High. They have put 48 players in the NFL since 1970. Since then together they have won at least 11 state titles. Some recent names include Santonio Holmes, Fred Taylor, & Anquan Boldin. The two teams currently have 17 players with Div 1 offers. That is just sick.

That is insane. As we talked about this morning, I am eventually going to break it down and see if they unseated the Monroe area in Football per capita.
I still feel comfortable that when you add Basketball and Baseball Monroe Area is in a league of their own.
