An hour after my post on terrible NBA analyst, on Espn Bobby Knight is calling the V Tech - Purdue game.
During OT, he is in a close up with Brent Musberger and starts diagramming a play on a piece of paper to take advantage of the quick point guard for the Hokies.
It was priceless, he discussed the need to give the PG an option on both sides of the lane so he could go either way against the Purdue defense when they collapsed on a double team. His artwork was horrible, but he had the second pass diagrammed if the guard was double teamed.
Immediately, V Tech goes to one side and Knight says that is why he would not do it. Then he says it was also a mistake to have your ball handler throwing the ball inbounds, because it restricts them to one side of the court.
