Cowboys and Garrett.

During the telecast, Jerry was quoted as taking a  "A wait and see approach" on Garrett. 
Dallas as usual is close in games with skill players, but cannot win. 

Well good for him, but I think Garrett has done a fine job so far but he is not what they need.  
A few points:
1. Have the Cowboys actually improved from the last 2 years in anything.  "No"
Garrett as O Coordinator is good, but he is my prime target for the lack of control on offense and no points to put the games away. I will not blame Romo for being hit so much during the last 3 years. They still have issues with running the ball and pass protection is horrible.
2.  Garrett has protected and played Barber for 3 years.  Ugh. 
3.  Can he fix the defense to allow a scheme to overcome the lack of talent up the middle.  No.
4.  More Importantly- Can Garrett get to Jerry and control his obvious ego issues with talent decisions.
I say No. 


Overall, I hope Jerry get a new established coach. 
 Jeff Fisher?  Is Bud Adams really that in love with Vince Young.
