Team of the Decade. Boise State?

Below are the schools with the highest winning percentages.
1. Boise State, 2. Texas, 3. Okla , 4. Ohio St. 5 USC, 6. TCU, 7.LSU

I remove Boise St and TCU for obvious reasons and talent differences.

LSU and Florida are the only multiple National Champions.

Winning percentages from Ohio St and USC need to be weighted because of the weaker
teams they have in conference. (No other team from these schools conference even played for a title.)

The Big 12 with Texas and Okla get credit for playing each other, but they are 2 -5 in championship games and Okla allowed USC to win there only title. Thank god for Vince Young.

The SEC won 5 of the 10 champions going 5-0 and placed more players in the pro's by a wide margin.

I would rank Oklahoma over Texas because of the conference titles. 6-2.

LSU and Florida are the only 2 time National Champs.
Florida won 1 more game than LSU, 100-30 vs 99-31.
Both teams finished in the top 10 - 5 different times.
Both won 3 conference titles.
Head to Head Florida 6-4.

I give Florida the "Team of the Decade"

1. Florida
2. LSU- Miles is worse than Fulmer. Houston Nutt beating Miles gives Fla team of the decade.
3. OKLA
4. Texas-they beat USC's supposed best team.
5. USC
6. Ohio St
7. Miami
8. Fl St
9. Georgia-They would be with Ok/Tx/USC/OSU in wins, if they were in a different conference.
10. V Tech-Beamer Ball is amazing.

I want to hear nothing about the "Media Given Title in 2003 AP for USC".
They simply did not win it in the system they agreed to. Considering, the same media pundits gave Auburn nothing for an undefeated season with 4 first round draft picks (USC had 2 only 1 still in the league. They had the same amount of players total a 5, but Auburn's have been more productive.)
Like the Big 12 during this decade, the media market in the Big 10/Pac 10 is blinded by local pressure and familiarity.

Teams of decade from Wikipedia.

In the last 40 years Florida State and Bowden had the highest winning percentage for a decade during the 90's at 89% - 13 loses.

Here is the 2000's.
