Here is an amazing fact that makes you appreciate the value of a great scouting dept. and quality coaching. Of the Colts' 22 starters, 8 entered the league as undrafted free agents, and 8 were 2nd day draft picks. Only 6 starters were 1st day draft picks, yet they've won every game they've tried to this year and go for the title on Sunday. Of course it helps to have a 1st ballot HOF'er at QB, but you still have to appreciate how the organization has excelled at picking the right players for what they do and "coaching them up".
